3 Locate the adrenaline auto-injector and remove it from its case.
4 Hold the auto-injector in your dominant hand with the orange tip pointing downwards.
5 Remove the safety cap by pulling it straight off.
6 Place the orange tip against the outer thigh and push down firmly until you hear a click. Hold in place for 10 seconds.
7 Remove the auto-injector and massage the injection site for 10 seconds.
